Champ's Hot Grill - Canoga Park

Wait time is ridiculous! Price too expensive but the french toast is awesome. Not sure if it is worth 17 dollars for a french toast platter and coffee. I ordered a steak sandwich and 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. I gave my order to some tall dude who never smiles or greets customers (i was told is the manager and i guess he never passed my order to the cook. I'm here at the restaurant right now. They need better more attentive staff, perhaps faster cooks (seriously 20 mins and still waiting for a steak sandwich? and more customer service oriented employees. I just inquired about my order and it never even got started. Got my money back (it was actually 11 dollars and twenty six cents . Never going back to this place. Where's the customer service! There used to be female employees who would greet customers and take orders, and I would actually get the food i ordered too! The quality customer service went down hill to rock bottom. Avoid this restaurant. Boycott this place until changes are made!

I ordered online, and whoever packed and sent the drinks clearly didn't think it through. My food was completely soaked with Dr. Pfeffer everywhere.

The food is fantastic and the prices are excellent. I just wish they stayed open later.

The food at Champs Hot Grill is incredibly delicious and prepared quickly, always accompanied by friendly service. My husband and I absolutely love this place!
