If I could give this place negative stars, I definitely would. First of all, they didn’t serve us our drinks, and I’m not sure what's going on with the syrups in the back. On top of that, our order was incomplete, despite everyone paying for it. It shouldn’t be that hard to get things right the first time. Thanks, but no thanks.

I would give zero stars if possible. About 80% of the time, I don't receive the food I've paid for when using the drive-thru, and they often mess up the extras I've requested, leaving me with nothing. The ice cream machine has been broken during my last three visits. It seems like one of the McDonald's needs to be sold to ensure at least one location meets proper standards. You owe me another cheeseburger, and the number just keeps adding up.

The restaurant was clean, but the service was somewhat average. It was quite busy, and while we received all our drinks except for one, we were told it was on the way. However, when I followed up about the missing drink 15 minutes later, I received a rather snarky response as they handed it to me. Given the crowd, I’m hopeful this was just an off day for them.
