フィードバックを提供するThere is a staff member at the restaurant named Christopher, and he is one of the nicest young individuals I’ve ever encountered. His customer service is outstanding. He definitely deserves a salary increase.
That has to be one of the fastest Chipotles around! We witnessed them serving a college football team while we enjoyed our lunch in just 10 minutes!
Unfortunately, they need to improve their operations, as the quality is not meeting their usual standards. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but that shouldn't impact the quality of their food. The chips were stale and soggy, and the restaurant could definitely use a thorough cleaning. I feel disappointed because I rarely have negative reviews, and I've always considered this place one of my favorites.
Especially this chipotle is simply bad every time. I was just one three times last year, but every time was really bad.
Since when does Double meat mean a very light scoop followed by a half scoop. I wouldn 't complain if they were two light scoops, but I 'm not paying for 1 1/3 portions when I 'm charged for double. And when I say I 'm sorry, what 's that? That 's not double. That 's less than one and a half portions. I 'm looked at like I 'm crazy. Ive never felt the need to review a chain restaurant but I 'd recommend going to Boardman or Austintown instead. I feel bad for the girl making the burrito, I 'm sure it 's just a policy she has to follow. She probably gets tired of hearing it.
