Nuevo Vallarta - Canby

That's mine and my fiances favorite Mexican remnants. The staff is always brilliant and the good is delicious. I'm never afraid to try new things there because they always have good food.

Nuevo Vallarta is one of the best hispanic restorations I have in a long time. The service is great, the employees are nothing but precarious, and nothing like a comfortable home feeling to bind a meal together. I admit I'm a picky eater, but since I've eaten in Nuevo Vallarta, I've eaten things I'd never dream of. Nuevo Vallarta is on my topmost restorations to bring people back to town, and they have not failed me.

A staple of Canby, great family owned try it out if you haven't. Won't regret it.

Typical menu selection of Mexican food dishes. Food is served quickly and staff checks with you often while you're eating.

Absolutely delicious Mexican food. I ordered the cheese and onion enchiladas and they were everything you would want them to be. Perfect balance of cheesiness! Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent service.
