KFC - Camrose

In the drive thru waited a good 5 mins for someone to take my order then they had no white meat at all then I go to get my order he couldn't remember what drinks I wanted and I said no ice and of course he didn't listen and every drink had ice then when I got home my husbands tacos had brown lettuce on it the worst experience yet at a kfc was not impressed at all probably won't be going back there

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and gravy. Got the driest chicken I have ever had at a KFC. They forgot the gravy. I doubt it would have been edible even with the Gravy to choke down the dry chicken.

Can't believe it that you can sit at drive through for 5 minutes & no service. Drive to window, man came to window & said "just wait" then carried on speaking a different language to employee. He closed window & walked off. I sat for another 3 minutes what seemed longer & drive off without an order. How this place makes money is beyond comprehension.

Almost every time we have to wait for our fast food here. There was a man in front of us waited over 20 minutes before they asked him what he was waiting for. They had forgotten his order. The food is average at best. Not worth the wait. Hopefully they can get organized and get a move on.

Ordered a barrel, two large salads,large fries, large gravy, and 2L pop. It was ready quickly this time and was very fresh hot and most importantly, not greasy. Drove it out of town 20 minutes to a friends for lunch and it was still excellent.
