I am writing as the level of service received and food was utterly unacceptable and disgusting. I ordered from steers in long street Cape Town and they had sent the wrong order x 2 burgers with no garnish, and as requested it was supposed to be 1 burger no garnish and 1 burger with garnish. Not setting my foot again in steers delft mall if only I could post a picture here and show you how dirty your fries are. You guys need to change your cooking oil because people are going to get sick and all you will say is sorry. A food inspector needs to visit that store before people get sick.

Staff sounds a bit agitated, the meat was hard to chew, sausage was lekker
