Bagel - Campbell

I arrived around 9:45 and noticed there were only about six bagels left in the display. I waited over 30 minutes for two bagel sandwiches, and when I got home, half of my avocado was brown. The bagel wasn't even toasted, and overall it was quite disappointing. There were four employees working behind the counter, yet it still took a long time to get our sandwiches. There seemed to be no sense of urgency, even with a line of customers waiting.

Very friendly staff and overall nice shop. I got the Mr. Nice Guy bagel. I appreciate their effort but it's not for me. The flavor combination was all over the place, the pepper jam was very odd and made it too sweet for being savory and it was very messy to eat as it came open face. I don't recall cream cheese or standard options. The creativity is great but maybe over compensating for good flavors. Maybe the sweet bagel combos are better.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s really charming and convenient. I ordered the Mr. Nice Guy (after calling ahead) along with a 16oz orange juice, and both the food and juice were fantastic. My only suggestion for the staff would be to greet customers with a smile. When I went in to pick up my order, there were three employees and just two customers (me included), but everyone seemed too preoccupied to acknowledge us. I felt a bit awkward and like I was intruding. Perhaps it's just my social anxiety, but a little friendliness wouldn’t hurt—just a thought! Other than that, the food was perfect.

Great bagels, sandwiches and coffee! I have celiac and they have gluten free that they prepare in a separate area to avoid cross contact. I highly recommend the farmer’s breakfast on the garlic and herb gluten free bagel, it’s so good!

The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The decor is also enjoyable and inviting. The only downside was the everything bagel I ordered, which was just average—perhaps it was a bad batch?
