My first time going with my granddaughter. Had no clue what I was doing initially but watched people in front of me. I was shocked when it came to over $16 for 2 small cups of yogurt but whatever. The thing I was most upset with is with the girl working there who was refilling, stirring, etc coughed every few minutes near the toppings which are opened on her side,.no mask, no gloves. Just what is not needed with covid. Will not be returning.
Great variety of frozen yogurt flavors and so many toppings to choice from. Store is fun for all ages. Staff are very freindly and professional Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!
Does this close 9? because here it says 9:30, but when i arrived at 8:45 the woman was yelling ?we close in 10 minutes? . not only that, she had already covered most of the toppings with no spoons that i had to ask for spoons? sheesh. are they that in much a rush to go home? not going to come back here for awhile. it wasn?t like we came at 9:25, we came at 8:45, google says 9:30 is the closing time so i don?t understand what was the need to close up everything. and to put all the toppings away so fast? and then another couple came after us within 5 mins and the worker repeated ?WE CLOSE IN 10mins? to them, when she should?ve said ?5 mins? but now i?m thinking she?s just saying that to everyone until they finally put every topping away and close up even if it isn?t 9:30. so ridiculous.
This location is really cute and spacious. We brought our daughter in and no one was behind the counter. We were almost finished putting our toppings on before anyone came out. They didn?t say hi, didn?t ask if we needed help, just silence besides telling us our total. After we cashed out the person disappeared again (maybe they had work in the back, I don?t know). But when they came back up front they were on their phone until we left. They were scrolling while more customers came in, walking around while scrolling, just didn?t put their phone down for the rest of the time we were in the shop. It just seemed like they couldn?t be bothered to interact with any customers and would prefer that none of us were in there. Really didn?t make for a friendly atmosphere.
