フィードバックを提供するOn Wednesday, 12/7/22 8:30pm while in the drive thru line my family witnessed a worker let a DOG lick her hands and she went right back to work. We didn't buy ANYTHING!! Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 and this needed posting.
I asked for a six piece chicken stripes basket and they gave me three chicken stripes... i went back in line and told the cashier that my order was messed up and she took my order, dumped my chicken stripes, and came back to deliberately give me thesame three chicken stripes meal again. never am I EVER coming back to waste money at this god forsaking place again.
We never dined into a DQ before but we will be back! We stopped for a quick lunch and treat. I didn?t know their burgers came with all the toppings and my son ordered a cheeseburger. We sat down to eat and when he opened his wrapper he was disappointed.I went to order him a new one as it was my fault for not asking for it plain.. the lady that took our order, Daniyah P. had anew one made right away and didn?t charge me. Great customer service and we will be back for sure! The little things like thatmatter.
OK, so.... maybe a pet peeve but, do you HAVE to ask is that it? After every item? The car in front of me ordered about 7 things at it was IS THAT IT? Each time. EACH. TIME. It felt cold, unprofessional and frankly impatient. What about oh, say,perhaps... will that complete your order? Or even Any other cool treats for you today? or Anything from our savory menu? Idon 't know.... I ordered a large blizzard and not only was there no flip, but good grief, it was over $8 and I 'm at a loss as towhy IS THAT IT is the way corporate expects customers to be served. I 'll take my happy $8 to Chick Fil A and snap up goodiesserved with a welcoming attitude instead!
I give it 3 1/2 stars because the ice cream we ordered wasn't able to our expectations our oreo blizzards didn't have her fudge and my ice cream didn't have my fudge and my brownie. Sorry but it's the truth... ????
