Every time I went to this place it was closed when they say they open at 11 but was closed after 12 every time which was three times. I wanted to try breakfast from here but yet to catch them open at breakfast time. I like to support blk businesses but they’re never reliable. Food was good and staff was nice but customer service has to do better. I ordered salmon cheesesteak and The hawaiian burger which came with pineapple and shrimp on it via doordash pickup. I even called right after I placed my order to ask to add something. The girl waits until my order status shows it was done and ready for pickup to tell me that they didn’t have salmon cheesesteak. Ordered a replacement. The food was finally done after 45 minutes, The hawaiian comes out and there’s no pineapple. The lady talking about they ran out. Ok so say something? I supported them but they just lost a customer. If you have a la carte prices for sides please put my sides in a separate box. (Like prior) Why would you instruct staff to cramp the sides in small box with the sandwich? Which means I’m not getting the full side amount. My cheesey Chicken cheese steak fries in the same box with a big Beef burger??? Very Sloppy presentation. I really wanted to support this BOB but it has definitely gone downhill since opened. I appreciate the speedy refund. But still a waste of time. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food here is excellent, and the strawberry lemonade is fantastic at a reasonable price. I had lunch and would rate the food and service both a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Salmon Burger and the seafood dishes!
