You need some staff with more than one brain cell, £20 worth of food missing of my order. Whole lettuce on my burger, clapped bunch of idiots

We enjoy dining at McDonald's, and even though this location has limited seating, Esther always takes care of us, finds us a table, and makes us feel welcomed. Thank you, Esther.

The staff at this McDonald's are the best I've seen.Its a good place,close to Euston Station to have a meal before catching the train home

Prime example of how NOT to do customer service. McPlant was left out of order and when we went back to enquire and collect it we were simply ignored for thirty minutes before a more senior member of staff came out and told us it was our own problem. This was because we left our receipt at the till, he reiterated this in a very condescending manner. He then refused to give us the food or a refund. Out of money and upset with the horrible way me and my friends were treated. Will not be back.

I had to wait 25 minutes for two double cheeseburgers and a small fries. Then, the manager ignored my request for sauce three times before finally throwing them at me, saying he was too busy and that I should have noticed.
