Tim Hortons - Cambridge

Every time I come to this location recently every table is filthy. The counters are sticky. There are far too many people working for no one to go wipe a table once in a while. Can’t ever dine in cause there’s no where to sit without food spills and garbage. It’s a real shame since it used to be a very clean and popular location. But honestly I’m finding most the Tim Hortons in Cambridge are becoming a bit gross.

This place used to be a great location. With there new staff not being able to get a order right .either double charging item wrong items I have in my last 10 visit it s 10 for 10 wrong every time .place is filthy dinning room .bathroom seats falling off I have been coming to this location for 40 years . Get staff that take a order correctly and maybe wipe a table or two

The coffee is always perfect, never burnt the eats are fresh tasty.The service is phenomenal, bathrooms are well kept the mix of patrons is inviting friendly. The staff is top shelf, the store grounds are clean. Closed store front 10 minutes early and when I called answered looked at me threw the window and said nothing we can do told me if I order mobile I won't get it great

The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the drive-thru had a long line, so I decided to go inside. I'm not a regular customer, as I was purchasing food for someone else. The staff were alright, and the food was decent. However, a little kindness and clearer guidance would have been helpful, especially regarding where to pick up the food. I was hoping for a touch of friendliness, but unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.
