Fantastic place with really great service. it's so nice to be able to go into a bakery and get what I want!

I initially ordered a dozen gluten-free and dairy-free cupcakes for my special event. When I called, I was instructed to place my order online, which I did, along with a note about my situation. After not hearing back for several days, I followed up and was told they were busy with the Thanksgiving rush and would respond when they could, which I understood. However, when I called again just two days before my event, I was told that the only delivery time available was at 9 AM. Unfortunately, my venue wouldn’t be open until 10 AM, so I requested delivery to the hotel where we were staying. On the day of the event, shortly after 8 AM, I received a call saying the cupcakes had arrived "short," which I later learned meant they would be delayed by about 10 minutes. I asked if they could hold off on delivering until someone from my party could retrieve them since we were all busy getting ready. This is when things took a turn for the worse. The man on the phone responded by saying that my request was "ridiculous," which shocked me. He raised his voice, questioning why I would ask him to accommodate this situation, all while I was in the midst of a stressful morning. His unprofessional demeanor left me in tears right before my event, and I was taken aback by the complete lack of courtesy in trying to resolve this issue. He mentioned that if he had known about the online order, he wouldn’t have accepted it, despite my earlier call where I tried to clarify everything. When we finally received the cupcakes, I was eager to see them displayed on the sweet table, but to my disappointment, they looked like small muffins. At $5 each, they fell far short of my expectations. Overall, I am incredibly let down by the entire process and can’t recommend this place. I've had great experiences with other businesses, but this one didn’t meet any standards, and it simply isn’t worth the hassle.

I was really looking forward to visiting this place, but I ended up quite disappointed. The cupcake I had was beautiful, but it lacked flavor and was quite firm around the edges.

This bakery offers an impressive selection of gluten-free treats, from cupcakes to squares and rolls. The staff is thoroughly knowledgeable about celiac disease and are incredibly friendly; they even informed us that it's their policy not to have any gluten on the premises at all. The baked goods are moist, tender, and visually appealing, but unfortunately, they tend to be a bit bland. This might be due to their focus on the keto diet and low-carb options. We've visited a few times, and the results have been consistently the same. I liked the place more than I expected, though I hope for more flavor in the future. I heard they are working on a pizza crust recipe, so I'm looking forward to trying some of their new offerings soon!
