Whenever I and my wife have time for lunch. We're going to the black attic. Great food and great service!! Everything from the menu is great. The brine with garlic roasted naan has quickly become our favorite appetizers from any restaurant...or pub we've ever been.
During these challenging times, don't expect to receive any kind of friendly treatment at this establishment, even if you are a regular customer just stopping by for a drink. The staff's behavior can only be described as aggressive, rude, and ignorant. They give off the impression that they couldn't care less! It's like ****! We don't have any available tables now, we are fully booked. Come back tomorrow. While I understand that they may be busy, it's how they handle the situation that sets them apart from other businesses. Their lack of training in customer interaction is evident through their actions and attitude. The management could learn a thing or two from other local establishments in how to treat customers with responsiveness, politeness, and accommodation, instead of making them feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that the old-fashioned staff will change their ways anytime soon. Please note that the review contains a profanity with the letter f.
On weekends, this restaurant serves breakfast / brunch with fresh selection of Irish themes breakfast items. We were very impressed with the food.
This neighborhood-style pub offers a variety of local brews and ciders, as well as typical British pub fare like fish and chips, bangers and mash, and Indian-style dishes. The portions are generous and delicious, including classic favorites like chicken wings and burgers. I definitely recommend a return visit.
