Boston Burger Company - Cambridge

We found a pitcher for 7$ on the menu and would like to order one of those beer. But the waiter informed us that unfortunately just and only this type of beer ran out of stock. Boston Burger Company is kidding their customers. Absolutely not a recommendation!

The food here was okay for the price. However, the customer service is AMAZING. I was accidentally overcharged but I emailed with Sandy of Guest Relations, and the matter was solved in less than two hours!! I’m super impressed.

For the Burger to be set at a 15$ price point I feel it just should've been better. Secondly the Burger as expensive as I feel 15$ bucks is....came with nothing that made sense the options were beans or coleslaw. I originally chose beans then I thought to make sure they didn't have pork in them so I asked, and I was informed they do so I opted for the coleslaw and honestly that was the best thing on the plate. When choosing my burger I was given the option between a reg burger or a smashed burger (because I like my burger on the thinner side) when the burger came out it was thick and meaty so I was confused, so as a clarification I asked was it a smashed burger and she said yes I then proceeded to question why is was so think for a smashed burger and she then told me a smashed burger mean two burgers smashed together which make absolutely not sense and should have been explained when giving me the option to choose from.
