フィードバックを提供するVisited Saturday noon as we were given a voucher for Christmas was never before. It was a set menu and there was more choice than I expected and some nice things to choose. The restaurant is nice and we both really enjoyed our food. I had to start shells (delicious sauce and not gritty at all) and grilled seabass for the main course, it was on site. My husband had king prawns for beginners who he had a light nigger with (burning pieces he mentioned to the staff) and fish and chips for head he said was beautiful. The wine that came with the set menu was also surprisingly good! A nigger for me when we were asked if we wanted some water on the table, we didn't expect it to be almost £5.. Water on the table is usually complementary where we are. The staff was very nice, especially the man who told me how to make the shell sauce at home. We both are full and happy, we would definitely return!
I had an absolutely fantastic meal here yesterday with four friends! When we called to make a reservation, there were no outdoor tables available, but they promised to try to arrange something for us upon arrival. Thankfully, we ended up with a lovely table outside (big thanks to the staff!). Our main server, Deniz, was incredibly attentive. When it started to drizzle, she quickly moved us to an indoor table since the outdoor area isn’t covered. Her cheerful demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable, alongside the delicious food! This was only my second time visiting since Loch Fyne, and I can't wait to plan a third visit! A huge thank you to all the staff, especially Deniz—you truly stood out! And a big shoutout to the chefs as well; the food was absolutely brilliant!
Oh my gosh... the oysters... wow. We visited on a day when they were fresh from the oyster trade, and it’s only my husband’s restraint that stopped me from ordering more. They were the best oysters I've ever tasted! Rich and buttery, with no overly sea-like flavor. I’ll be dreaming about them. We also ordered drinks and appetizers — we shared four (that’s a lot!) oysters accompanied by three sauces (my favorite was the wasabi), along with smoked salmon and scallops. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was really nice. Overall, it was a delightful and unexpected experience!
Was visiting site with my brother at Monday afternoon time. And we were very excited to try this renewed and refurbished new sea food Restaurant. Have to mention they do also steaks and burgers and ech. Food quality was outstanding: delicious, tasty finger licking good meals. Staff also very helpful, polite and try to keep things smooth and simple. Down side I would say: prices is quite high and waiting time for orders could be more improved. Overall was super satisfied and will definitely come back again and recommend to my friends!
Very delicious mussels, mushroom soup, gnocchi and crab bisque linguine. Cosy atmosphere and lovely staff. They had the fireplace running when we were dining there. Really enjoyed my dinner.
