フィードバックを提供するI usually don't review chain restaurants, but I felt it was necessary this time. The restaurant was busy, but one of the baristas was rude and impatient when I asked for water to be added to my half-filled tea mug. There were no napkins provided, and the spoon given for my yogurt was dirty. I also observed that the entire place was quite dirty - the floors, skirting boards, and walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the armchairs were in a disgusting state. The table legs were covered in dust and other debris. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I typically don't have any issues at this restaurant, but I was disappointed when I was seated and served with a paper takeaway cup, despite requesting to dine in. Just because I was dressed in corporate attire doesn't mean I want a disposable cup. The drinks were good, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The service at this restaurant was lacking, with only one staff member serving and moving very slowly. They were friendly, but there was a lack of urgency in their work. Three customers left while waiting in line for 10 minutes due to the slow service.
Sticky, old dirt in the loo, dust, dirt in the guest area. Noone seems to care, as it has been written by guests several times, but still the same.
A large and airy cafe opposite Cambridge station. It provided a welcome break from the chaos at the station my daughter's was cancelled and no one seemed to know what was going on
