Lure Fish House - Camarillo

I had my first experience at LURE Camarillo for Mother's Day takeout lunch and I will definitely be returning. The service was super fast and the customer care was excellent. I had a small issue with the pricing on the lunch/dinner menu, but when I brought it up to my server, the manager, Landon McLeod, quickly intervened to resolve the situation. Mr. McLeod was genuinely concerned about making things right and he fixed the problem without any hassle, while also apologizing for the inconvenience. His attention to customer satisfaction and great management skills truly made me feel like a valued customer. I will be recommending LURE to all my friends and I am excited to enjoy many more delicious meals with fantastic service in the future. Keep up the great work!

The food portions are awfully small.i took pictures of the food I was very disappointed. Very little portion on the crispy calamari there were more fried jalapeños They were only spreading on the plate. And the miso glazed salmon bowl didn't have the right miso pasta it had white rice with lots of corn and Asparagus which it never had! We also had the fry shrimpwith the fried fish and fries. Over battered.The Salomon was a very small piece 24.00 I am disappointed with the changes. We spent over 100.00 that wasn't worth it. The Waiter was in a mood day never came by to ask if we were good a other waiter came a check on us and gave us Refills On our Drinks. There's no reason for bad service and bad quality of food. This was at the time of open 11:30 am This was our #1 place at the beginning Changing your recipes and quantity. Portions. Are going to make you lose customers. I was very disappointed. We would be looking for another seafood restaurant with better service and better quality of seafood. I wish I knew how to post the pictures on here. So people can see the quality and the portion sizes. It was just ridiculous. We wouldn't go here anymore. It's not the same anymore.

Favorite Lure around! Great atmosphere, happy hour, and service.

Had an excellent experience at Lure. Service was steller. Had a couple of small snafus with a dish, but our waitress and her manager made it the great experience it was. Overall the food was great, rave reviews for the Ahi, Swordfish. Thank you Crystal for the great service and for putting up with us!

I love this restaurant but like many others, the meal portions are getting smaller but the price is remaining the same. I’m referring to the spicy ceviche. It used to come in a large bowl and now comes on a small flat plate!
