フィードバックを提供するI frequently encounter issues during my visits. It feels like every time I go, there's either a trainee or a newcomer working. About one out of five times, the food is simply inedible, as if it's been left sitting for over three hours.
The staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills. Additionally, they should take more time to prepare orders thoroughly. My order was so incomplete that I had to return to get the missing items.
The sign on the door indicates that the dining room is open until 8 PM, but when I arrived at 5 PM to get my food, I was told I couldn't eat in the dining room. So, I took my meal to go, but was disappointed to find that there were no utensils, butter, honey, or napkins included. The portion was so small that I could easily fit a whole thigh in my mouth at once. Maybe they should consider calling it "Kentucky Fried Pigeons."
7 PM at night. The dining room is closed we pull in to the drive-through and he announces as our car reaches the speaker, ?I?m sorry we just served our last car of the night?. Thumbs down. 7pm? Really? Four cars were in front of us waiting for theirfood.
Chicken tasted good, service was quick, I?d return.
