Dunkin' - Camarillo

This is the 2nd time I've been two doughnuts short when I get home and look in the box. I guess I need to check my doughnuts before I leave from now on. Makes me feel even worse because I tip over 20% when I go.

Love the coffee here! Wether it is iced or hot the coffee here is good!

Customer service is horrible here. The person behind the counter was nice at first, but then when my mom struggled in ordering, she started giving attitude. Some people don't speak perfect English and they take their time in ordering, especially when the menu on the wall is SO SMALL. Be respectful and don't give attitude. She also spoke way too fast when repeating the order, that's how things get missed because you speak so fast, especially to someone who may not be able to hear well or understand you or even if there's just too much background noise. Other than that, donuts are good. Coffee is fine. Not that amazing.
