Ohhhh yummy!! This is by far the best business to get a cake or pastries. They never disappoint, always on time with your order and friendly.

Clearly they are cutting corners on quality ingredients.For over 20 years I've bought cakes at BBCC at least 3 times a year. All of my guests would rave and begin frequenting the store as well.The guests were turned off by the unusual presence of gritty butter cream that only tasted of sugar and nothing like butter. This new type of low budget butter cream icing was used copiously. There was hardly any French whipped cream, and I mean hardly! They ran out of white chocolate shavings with no warning despite placing an advanced order and the cake was dry.We will not be back. I will notify friends family not to waste the money. I would have gladly paid an inflated price for quality if the business needs to survive.

Just bought my lady a birthday cake at this place. ZERO flavor, aside from the raspberries… and BONE DRY. I mean DRY. Like it was baked on her actual BIRTH day, in 1976. I offered to get her her water atomizer spray bottle to moisten it up, she declined. First and definitely last time customer.

SO disappointed in our last encounter with this bakery! I have used them before and always had a great experience but unfortunately the one time my daughter needed them she called this past week and wanted to order a cake with a gender reveal frosting in the middle and was answered extremely rude and said we definitely can't do that and have a nice day! So we went elsewhere!

THANK YOU for the amazing customer service that my daughter and I just received today March 4th at 5pm. When we arrived there were several customers about 6 not including us,waiting to be assisted. The incredible employees two young ladies and a young man that were handling the front counter were so FRIENDLY and efficient with each person that they helped. I asked the young lady if I could speak to her manager, she said that she had already gone home for the day. I then expressed to her how impressed I was with the customer service that was shown by her and her fellow coworkers. Who ever the manager is of this bakery, please take the time to thank your employees. Exceptional customer is hard to come by these days. You are very lucky to have all 3 of them.
