フィードバックを提供するOverall, the customer service is decent but not exceptional. I've had great service from two staff members here; the rest provide average service. I should also mention that when ordering through DoorDash, there's a chance they might mess up your order. As others have pointed out, they should focus not just on the speed of service but also on the quality and accuracy of the orders. On a positive note, the gas prices aren't too bad. I visit this place regularly, mainly because their restrooms are always accessible, which is a plus! The restaurant is usually well-lit and clean, though the bathrooms can sometimes be hit or miss in terms of cleanliness. The staff is generally good, but it would be great if they ensured the place was cleaned promptly and maintained for the next day.
The Buffalo loaded fries they served me were a bit overwhelming. The amount of sauce they used really compromised the quality of the crispy chicken and fries. The fries were actually quite tender and impressive on their own. The chicken had great potential, but it was just overpowered by the sauce. My son, who is a huge fan of buffalo sauce, even struggled to finish his portion. And now I'm left with a cough!
It's always a delight to visit Wawa. The service is quick and friendly, and they have my favorite coffee—Mocha Wakeup with extra caffeine!
The cashier Greg was extremely rude and acted very hostile to me, he raised his voice to me and held screaming ID ID ID?. He was thrilled that I asked for a pack of Capri cigarettes that he couldn't find, but still I bought this kind of cigarettes in front of this Wawa location and other Wawa. He didn't seem to worry about my request, but he just wanted to hurry and get rid of me. When I asked to buy a lottery ticket, he told me to go in the machine. I was very stressed out out there. I felt like wawa didn't want my business, although I spent over $55 in gasoline, lottery and cigarettes I was treated like a load instead of a customer. I own a store on site and will definitely tell all my friends and customers about my experience at wawa.
Stop having orderable food items on the Kiosk during breakfast time if your employees can't actually make it! I've wasted so much money trying to order speciality lunch items like the gobbler bowls and turkey subs, only to be told ten minutes later that they can't make that item. Then i end up getting a greasy Philly steak or something else I didn't want. Stop it. I didn't come to Wawa for breakfast to order something I didn't want
