I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order and was informed by a lady that the manager should have reached out to us. She mentioned that the driver was out, but she wasn’t sure how to proceed. She promised to speak with the manager and said someone would call me back. When I called again at 9 PM, she told me that someone might be able to contact me around 11 or 12 regarding the order. I then expressed my desire to cancel the order. She informed me that I would need to speak with the manager to do that, who would be in around 11 or 12. Apparently, there was an issue on their end. I understand that these things happen, but a quick call after placing the order would have been appreciated.
I am only giving this location a 1 star because of that ?Manager Ron? made the pizza so delicious I ended up eating the whole thing in one sitting and there went my diet. ?
They put the wrong toppings on the wrong pizzas. Thin crust pizzas were greasy and soggy. And when I called about a solution to the problem, the owner offered me 15% off of my next order. I paid $40 plus $5 tip. So if I order $10 worth of food next time, I only get $1.50 off! I've been a longtime customer and this is how they do me. The pizzas made my kids stomachs hurt, now I have to CALL CORPORATE about it. I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Frozen pizzas from now on.
I ordered delivery for a lunch gathering, and Pizza Boli arrived ahead of schedule with high-quality pizza. Ron did an excellent job!
After losing power during a thunderstorm, this restaurant was one of the few that remained open once the electricity was restored. I placed an order at the counter, spending over $100 on pizzas, subs, appetizers, and the AMAZING chocolate cake. Within just 20 minutes, I was back home, ready to feed my family! Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! They truly saved us from a dinner disaster! However, there was one downside: a female employee was loudly discussing her personal matters with a kitchen staff member, leaving the young lady at the counter to manage both taking orders and cooking them. It wasn’t very professional.
