I ordered 18 chocolate-covered strawberries, and they did not live up to my expectations. The presentation was quite messy, and the strawberries were all very small. They crammed all 18 strawberries into one box. I won't be ordering chocolate-covered strawberries from here again!

During my visit to this ice cream shop, my friend and I were overcharged by a large white man for what can only be described as melted ice cream. He tried to make it seem like the customers before us received perfectly frozen ice cream, which was not the case. It's frustrating to have to complain about an ice cream place serving melted product, but unfortunately, my experience aligns with the poor customer service that seems to prevail in St. Mary's County. When we called to ask for his name, he lied and provided someone else’s name, and he refused to issue a refund. The only way I'd consider returning to this location is if I know that man won't be there.

The ice cream cake was delightful, and the ice cream itself was fantastic. The customer service was also very good.

I ordered a cake online, which was incredibly simple, and picked it up the next day. The staff was very friendly and even called me to inform me that the cake was ready! The cake not only looked great but also tasted amazing. I highly recommend the Coffee House Crunch Cake! Thank you once again!

I visited recently, and the manager was rude during my service. I also noticed someone smoking by the back door. The only positive experience I had was with Hailey, a team member whose name I got from my receipt. I hope improvements can be made!
