Burger was not prepared to specifications. Missing sides. Missing sauces

During a two-week work trip, I've visited this restaurant several times. Overall, it's a lovely place with many screens and an impressive selection of craft beers. However, I had a disappointing experience when I tried to order their onion rings as a side for one of the more expensive items on the menu, only to find out they were sold out. I would have been fine substituting them with fries, but the staff didn't offer me any alternatives like extra wings, ultimate nachos, or cheese sticks. In the end, I decided to go with one of the chicken sandwiches, which was about $4 cheaper.

I had a wonderful experience with both the service and the food. I really enjoy visiting when it's not too crowded, as it allows for a nice, quiet meal. I understand it’s a sports bar and a laid-back spot, but what can I say? It's great!

The food was served cold and had a stale taste. The Classic Chicken Sandwich lacked flavor, and the cheese curds were overly greasy.

The Street Tacos are fantastic, and I definitely recommend them! However, the fries were a disappointment for me. I had to reorder them twice because they didn’t arrive the first time. When I asked for them again with queso cheese, I ended up with just dry shredded cheddar on top. I don’t think I’ll be trying the fries again!
