フィードバックを提供するZero stars...the Mexican girl who has attitude with costumers.me and my hubby went through drive thru. 1st thing was the menu wasn't working so we had to guess what we wanted it was ask to be called back and the window worker was very sweet and as this $25 meal was read out to us this lady was with adittude with us from the start.She WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING.AND YELLED AT US AND SAID WELL It SAID WE ORDERED IT N YOUR PAYING FOR IT.RUDEST NASTIEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL FOR FOOD SERVICE.IT WAS ON HWY 53 SOUTH AND WE SHALL NEVER GO BACK.SHE DON'T NEED THAT TYPE OF WORK.
I mean I really don’t expect great service from a fast food place, I expect decent service at least. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever gone to, I honestly think I’ve only had one good experience here. The screen is broken so you can’t see most of the menu, the employees seem like they hate their lives and aren’t really willing to help or rectify any negative situation and the food is really bad.
The food was great, but I just want to give a shout-out the the girl who took my order at the drive-thru. I don’t know her name.. I’ll update this once I find out. She is the absolute sweetest person and most helpful person that Ive ever spoken to through a drive-thu! She needs a raise!!
The GM has a bad habit of slamming that window in peoples faces while they are talking to her. Asked for a large cup of water. She gave me a medium and told me “these are our large waters now” okay well then charge me for two, I just want one of your large cups… with water. She throws the medium in the trash and slams the window in my face. Some people should definitely not be working customer service. I’ve worked the drive thru of that Taco Bell before the fire happened and I never would of acted like that toward a customer. That place has gone completely down hill since the rebuild.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Slowest service ever! I was the first person in here with two cars in driveway and nobody has prepared my order, there is now 16 other people waiting on food in here and the employees are worried about counting drawers instead of making food it doesn’t take 5 employees to count a drawer they need to serve their customers, also keep in mind they made us all order on the kiosk because they were busy but clearly not making our food I’ve been in here for 21 minutes now but I’ve already paid and cannot get a refund and I’m waiting on food for my family of 5 so I’m not just gonna let that money go to waste. VERY UNHAPPY with this visit, WILL NOT BE BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I could have gone to the store and bought the ingredients and cooked our own meal at this rate.
