フィードバックを提供するOverall, it was a decent lunch. The nuggets were fine, but they didn't taste as fresh as usual. The woman cleaning tables in the lobby wasn't very friendly—perhaps she was having a tough day. It wasn't a huge deal, just not the typical Chick-fil-A experience I expected.
I brought my kids here with the intention of letting them play in the play area, but unfortunately, it was closed. Throughout our visit, I didn’t receive a single smile from the staff, which made the atmosphere feel quite mechanical. It seemed like the manager wasn't present that evening. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this particular visit just didn't meet my expectations.
I went in on Saturday night around 8 PM to get my favorite sandwich, the Crispy Chicken. However, I woke up around 1 AM with a severe stomach ache. I was terrified and feared I had food poisoning. Unfortunately, it seems that Chick-fil-A's quality control truly drops after 8 PM. I won't be ordering chicken for a while!
Chick-fil-A always has great food, but yesterday our order was messed up even though it was repeated back to us. They did fix it quickly when we brought it to their attention.
Made a drive thru order 3ct stripe large sweet tea. Get to window pay. She hands me food and regular sweet tea. I advised I ordered a large and she told me charged regular. I advised I would pay difference. She charged me for a large and never gave me credit for the medium. Many times this drive thru messes up.
