Alambique Savoy Saccharum Resort

We are at the restaurant on 3 nights during our recent stay as the food and the ambience were so good. On all 3 evenings we were able to sit on the outside terrace which gave us stunning views of the sunset. A very good range of different courses and a small but good wine list. The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful and were great at suggesting the right wine for the meal.

The lobby of the hotel is an experience in itself: imposing spaces and exquisite decor. The restaurant on the second floor is very pleasant. The wine list is short but very carefully selected. Service is impeccable and food is very, very good. Am sure we'll go back.

Fantastic location, service and food. Deserves to be ranked higher. Beautifully presented courses and more than enough to eat. A great choice of vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes.

Não havia escolha suficiente no menu Não havia acompanhamentos nos pratos principais Eu queria batatas fritas ou vegetais extras, mas isso não era uma opção Então pedi uma salada e peguei uma tigela bem pequena, sem molho e só cenoura, alface e um pouco de tomate. Muito pouco inspirador. Meu marido pediu um sorvete de baunilha e pegou uma bola com creme sintético no fundo Era para ser uma noite especial A equipe foi adorável e o ambiente era ótimo. O cenário com vista para o oceano é lindo, mas a comida em si decepcionou, na minha opinião.
