Tim Hortons - Calgary

In a hurry? Even when there are no lines or other customers around, expect to wait at least 5 minutes. I decided to give this place another try last week, but I ended up waiting a total of 20 minutes just for a single drink. I even chatted with the woman behind me, and she mentioned that she often waits 5 to 10 minutes for her orders at this spot!

This is easily the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Each time I visit, I find myself waiting in line for 15 minutes. It appears that only one out of the four employees is doing their job, while the others just stand around, even during busy times. They're often out of the items I want to order, or they completely mess up my order. Overall, it's a frustrating experience. I would suggest going to a different location.

First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling quite disappointed. The employee's behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect the values of Tim Hortons. I felt a lack of respect during my visit, and regrettably, I will not be returning to this location.

Excellent service! I placed an online order for a coffee and donut at a different location while I was in this store. When I realized my mistake, I asked the staff if I could cancel my incorrect order and purchase from them instead. Even though he explained that the app wouldn't permit that, he kindly offered to give me the items for free! I'm really grateful for that! Thank you, Tim Horton!

This is the best Tim Hortons in the northern part of Calgary. The service is fast and friendly, and the food consistently meets my expectations. I will definitely be returning here in the future.
