Saigon Maxim - Calgary

We thought of Vietnamese subs and had a great experience. the staff was really friendly and attentive, eating came out quickly, and the subparts were delicious (in particular the bark meat.) we also had not expected so generous portions for the low price (chopter as a big Mac dish). we are all full and happy, even my mother, who had never enjoyed a Vietnamese sub in the past.

We got the touching fried garnels, huh, bark meat and vegetables - it was delicious and hit the place! we also had the stir fried chicken, lemongrass and chili, which was tasteful and spicy, but not so hot that they could not enjoy it. it was just the right amount of spiciness. yum! whenever I visit calgary again that this is on my list to get back.

Yummy vietnamese eating, good selection on the menu. love the lobster dick in the sataye supp and will soon try again to curry. the price is very reasonable and a good first impression.

This Vietnamese restaurant is fantastic! The owner is friendly and welcoming. My family and I have never been disappointed with the food, and we have visited multiple times.
