Interesting menu for silvester. many new flavors beautifully presented. I look forward to my next trip to calgary.

Very mediocre tasting menu. short personal. not recommended

Amazing evening. eating was excellently loved the non-alcoholic pairing. a refreshing change from norm. highly recommended for anyone looking for a new experience.

New Year’s Eve, Chef’s menu. It was an all around delightful experience. Highly recommend.

Steak tartar was delicious, but I would like a bigger plate vs. the small bowl it was served in; sourdough flatbread was delicious too; however, lamb papadrelle, though tasty, was too tiny portion to really enjoy.
