Thien and his family own this establishment and I am one of many who frequent it on a weekly (sometimes daily) schedule. Very busy over the lunch hour especially when it's cold and grey outside but I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Lots of stir fry options you can choose and watch them being grilled. The homemade beef noodle soup is filling and satisfying.and can be spiced up or down. Cheap and healthy eats. I always do take out. Give it a try!
I always visit this restaurant for their delicious beef noodle soup, which is full of amazing flavors, as well as their stir-fried noodles where you can choose your own toppings! The prices are very affordable and cheap compared to other restaurants that offer similar dishes. The service is quick and friendly, and the quality of the food is excellent for mall food.
The soup at this restaurant is truly amazing and worth the trip. I have never been disappointed and the staff is also fantastic. I will definitely be returning, even though the restaurant is located in Marlborough.
Food court heaven. Yes this is in a food court, and in Marlborough Mall which has a decidedly unsavory reputation in this city. But GG is good. Really good, in fact. An authentic gas fired glob of steel dominates the tiny kiosk, which is where the cooking is done. You can pick your ingredients and get them flash fried in front of you. Or just go for the soup beef, chicken or shrimp in a noodle broth with all the goods: broccoli, carrots, spiced black beans, sprouts, ginger, chiles and cilantro. Lovely and lively flavours that really hit the spot. As good or better than any of the Viet gangsta shops in the NE, and you don't have to worry about being shot for the privilege.
