Bun On The Run - Calgary

Every once in a while i need a greasy, bacony, cheesy, heart attack invoking burger. and this is where i come. there is nothing fancy about this place. nothing at all. the cafeteria trays are not fancy. the vinyl seats and Formica tables are not fancy. the food is not fancy. and there is no ambiance. <br/ <br/ but i just love the bacon cheese burger, fries, gravy on the side, with a diet coke to wash it all down, cuz one has to show a little restraint once in a while.

Typical greasy spoon, stick to your ribs type food. Diner fair. Daily entree specials (Salisbury steak is awesome! as well as Chinese food daily special and War Won Ton. If you are a calorie counter, don't bother. Just about everything is fried or griddled.

Always very yummy Love their gravy Everything I have had as been good. Order from here often. Try their closed denver sandwich soooo good!

We had our second thoughts about this place... its good so have no fear. The food was great the people are nice. I even like that its a little bit of a dive. I would recomend it!

Food is great however don't try calling anything in, the staff cannot speak English on the phone.
