The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and I have been a loyal customer for many years. The service is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I highly recommend dining here.

Too good food. the pepperoni poutine was very good. me and my friends were a few dollars off and the worker filled in the rest with his own money from his pocket. all my experiences were great. I highly recommend. it might be a bit pricey, but worth it.

I really enjoyed the poutine at this restaurant, it had great flavor and was reasonably priced. The Wild West sandwich and Queen smoked meat sandwich were also delicious! The restaurant is a nice place to dine in, but they also make it easy to order for takeout.

After not visiting for some time, I was a bit apprehensive due to recent negative reviews. However, as a former Montrealer, I have been a fan of this place since it first opened in the late 80s. They hand-carve their smoked meat, which is juicy and flavorful, just as authentic as I remember. The fries are perfectly double-fried, the pickle is salty, tart, and garlicky, and the coleslaw is delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free Original Jos Louis, which brought back fond childhood memories. The man working behind the counter was incredibly kind, even though he was by himself and it was after the lunch rush. This is not a fast-food restaurant, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the "light rye bread," which was more like white bread with a few brown flecks. Traditional smoked meat sandwiches are typically served on denser rye bread with caraway seeds. Although I was disappointed with the change in bread, the sandwich was still great and I will definitely be returning.

Had the smoked meat and onion sub.....damn it was good. Will defo come back for another sub. The staff was friendly and hooked my buddy and I up with a free poutine.
