Need to add more taste to icey/frozen drinks; especially if the customer wishes and pays for additional taste. 2. Napkins, straws and sugar should always be available at service level; especially if his only 9 o'clock. Come on, you can do better. I'm back.
A little slow service and too much mill in my ice coffee. I was in a hurry, or I went back in.
We waited 8 minutes in an empty shop to get a dozen donuts. Two people work, one sweep the floor others do, who knows what. Had my phone to scan for the employee on the reward program app for them. She totally ignored it and once we said that you could scan it, she was very angry and expressed that the order had already been completed in a very angry way. When we chose the Donuts, she said to us “What you want”. Has not checked any points for our purchase and will not be returned.
Both times, when I pointed out the extra $1.50 charge after swiping my card, the cashier was rude and unapologetic, even making me feel like I was to blame for slowing down the line. Instead of refunding me the difference, she offered a donut on my next visit, which I declined, stating that I simply wanted the overcharged amount returned. Her irritation was evident, and she did not seem pleased. Despite the convenience of this location, I feel I must take a stand on principle and will not be returning. I urge other customers to be cautious.
Drink was all ice, when i went back into complain the woman would not give me her name. Two sips of coffee for $5.00. All she said is i made it wright
