Carl's Jr. is the only fast food place that doesn't leave me feeling hungry afterwards.

I want to be honest here: I was served a frozen burger, and the broth was unappetizing.

Carls jr advertise them to open at midnight signs in the window drive dru, so I go through the drive dru and I get no answer, I get no one to take my order, there are many employees in the inner, but no one takes order at all. apparently my money is not good enough for carls jr, so I went to wendy's next door.

We had to return to the restaurant to pick up the Jalapeño poppers I ordered, and when I got home, I found that my burger was wrong. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I walked into the restaurant because the promo for the free burger on the app was not working. It was for a free burger with any purchase. We had two crosscut fries on the order, and the promo was not working. But that 's not the problem. My problem is with the staff. The first person I talked to didn 't know what to do, so he asked another worker...IN THE BATHROOM. I had to wait for the other one to come out. I heard someone on the speaker yell hello to get someone to help them. In the mean time, the first person I talked to didn 't bother even taking the other customer 's order. (He didn 't even talk to the person at the drive thru). That customer waited and eventually walked out. I talked to the other worker after he got out of the bathroom, and told him about the promo mishap. He said he had issues with it, but didn 't even offer to honor it. He didn 't even know what to do. I had to ask him if he would honor it. I even pointed out how they had advertising all over for the new app and promo! He then said something about telling the cooks, and then walked off. All while the first worker disappeared in the back. I waited a couple of minutes for him to come back and take my order, but he only came up to put a bucket of water on a counter. He didn 't even acknowledge me. He just walked to the back. No one even tried to take my or the other customer 's order. And the cooks were even standing there, waiting for orders! So I walked out too. There was no one in the drive thru at that point, so they literally were just standing in the back where I couldn 't see them and were talking. The restaurant was not busy. There was absolutely no excuse. I would understand if they were busy while short staffed, but it was NOT busy, and they couldn 't be bothered to take an order. Even the cooks looked bored.
