フィードバックを提供するNot happy at all with my experience here. This is the second time my drive thru order for just a BLIZZARD was not correct. First time I wanted a snickerdoodle blizzard and it was put in correctly on the screen, however, instead I was given a snickers blizzard. Come to find out they didn't have snickerdoodle. Just tell me up front. Second time my husband ordered a new york strawberry cheesecake blizzard. We can't even determine what it is he got from looking at the menu. Never going back to this DQ location again.
Did an online pickup order. Once arrived they did not have the correct items. When addressed about it they said I didn’t order that. Had to go inside to show proof and the lady became extremely unprofessional and acted as if it was end of the world. Professionalism goes a long way with respect. I’ll attach my receipt here too. It’s sad that instead of solving this issue together you want act out and be like that. Do not recommend. However, manager solved it but it shouldn’t have even reached that point due to her actions and attitude.
I found a gasket piece in my ice cream. This is unacceptable. I tried to call but no answer.
Friendly staff but quality has definitely gone downhill
I wish I had taken a picture but I decided after years that I was craving a simple chocolate dipped cone...It was almost $5 dollars but that's just how prices are now, but what I got was worse than a simple dollar mcds cone. It was half covered by chocolate drizzle and half like white, as if the machine or dip wasn't stirred or something was wrong, either way for 5 bucks it just looked gross and incomplete and a complete let down. I should have asked for my money back and refused to take it, but I didn't want to make the workers feel bad...
