El Asador Restaurante - Cajamarca

I found this place shortly after my arrival in Cajamarca. It was close to mt hotel and had a few good reviews so I thought it could be worth a review. When I was there, the store was full. I had to wait about 10 minutes until a table opens. Apparently this place is known and loved by locals. It had the fast pace atmosphere of a typical pollen, but it was cleaner, raised and tastefully decorated. I liked the bar, which was illuminated with fresh fruits and maserado glasses colourful. The menu was simple, with two main options: Rotisserie chicken and pig belly, which I ordered. The meat was juicy and juicy with the right amount of wood. It was simply the best pig bell I had in Peru and the price was more than fair. I do not expect much of the service in places that usually offer locals, but this place has their system down and everything I needed was visited in a short order. This is an excellent place to come if you want to eat like the locals and if you want to eat well.

I especially liked the bar, which was colorfully lit up with fresh fruits and maserado jars.The menu was simple, with two main options: rotisserie chicken and pork belly, which is what I ordered. The meat was juicy and succulent with the right amount of char. It was easily the best pork belly I've had in Peru and the price was more than fair.I don't expect much from the service in places that cater mostly to locals, but this place has their system down and everything I needed was attended to in short order.This is an excellent place to come if you want to eat like the locals and if you want to eat well.

El lugar es muy cuidado y la atencion es muy personalizada. Los precios son acequibles y la comida es deliciosa.

El sabor y presentación son insuperables en toda cajamara. Yo pedí la panceta con papas en finas hiervas. Buenisima la comida. Tan solo que a mi me gustarian pedazos mas gruesos de panceta pero todo estuvo sabroso.
