SOSTA FROM 23/04 to 25/04 NEGATIVA experience at MASSIMA POTENZA!!!! Upon arrival the room date x clean, actually it was not at all!!! INDECENT BATHROOM(excavator toilet paper, dirty floor,presence of hair in the shower cubicle,washing soap dirt and presence of dust on base qls)!!! Phon emanating only cold air!!! In the closet there were probably clothes of those who stayed before us!!! For 3 people had been left 3 face towels,1 large towel x shower and 1 towel x bidet resting on the shower box!!! For the beds let us miss!!! I asked for a replacement room but we received spikes as an answer, when in reality of free rooms there were... At €65 per night I slept in the center of Bologna and x this room was not worth it! _ The only positive note is the kindness of the staff!!!
