Dairy Queen - Cabot

I ordered a butterfinger cake that melted on the way home and ended up being a cookie dough cake. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make the cake, even though I had ordered it the day before. The customer service was extremely poor.

I tried one of the new specialty blizzards at this restaurant, which had Reese's on top. I thought I would enjoy it, but there were hardly any Reese's and it was almost entirely filled with pretzels. Next time, I will definitely ask about all the ingredients before ordering.

The food was served piping hot and tasted fresh. The service was excellent and very polite. Both my wife and I ordered the $7 chicken strip boxes with Blizzards and we were not disappointed. Our Blizzards were perfectly blended with plenty of toppings. I highly recommend this restaurant for both meals and desserts.

This location always gets my order spot on. They serve everything with a smile and make you feel appreciated for your business. Most other fast food places have terrible customer service skills and usually make me feel like I?m a bother to them. I lovegiving my business to this Dairy Queen! Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer! Keep up the great work!
