In-n-out Burger In Cov

I wanted to rate it 5 stars, but I accidentally tapped 1 star. I don't know how to fix it.

There's no Burger Place like IN-N-OUT! Love those Burgers from IN-N-OUT!

Got the order wrong, order a chocolate shake got vanilla, messed up the burger order twice as well.

The staff Friendly and the restaurant clean and delicious food let's go INNOUT

This is the 3rd time I’ve come in the evening around 930pm and the first time I thought they accidentally burned the buns and overcooked fries . 2nd time I said to myself ok maybe they are training new hires . Since I’ve always come to this location and never had a problem for the past 20 years. Well tonight is the 3rd time 5-8-24 at 10pm and the buns were so burnt that I had to remove them as it was so hard and bitter . The fries were also cold and hard . During the day shift this location is fine. So from now on if we want it in the evening we will no longer take another chance and just go to Glendora even though this one is closer. I’ve wasted 3 meals and my families meals as well so at least 100.00 total for gross burgers and fries !
