Absolutely fantastic food and service! I had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the owner, and he’s a wonderful person! We've dined at numerous restaurants in the Hayward area, and this one stands out as one of the best in terms of food quality.

We had a reservation for ten and were seated promptly. The service was fast and the food was outstanding. I ordered the ribeye steak cooked rare, and it was delicious.

My friend and I were really excited to dine at Pla-Mor because of its great reputation. Unfortunately, it seems we may have misjudged it. Our experience was far from what we anticipated...
