EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! I used to love this Chipotle, but my experience today was disappointing. When I arrived, there were about six employees on duty, and a line of about six customers, including myself. However, only one person was attending to customers. The rest seemed focused on preparing online orders, cleaning, and restocking. The employee making the food appeared to be new and was exceedingly slow, taking his time wrapping burritos—it was tough to watch. No one assisted him with the growing line. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand that when there is a line, it's essential to prioritize serving the customers. Unfortunately, this Chipotle team didn't seem to care. I even had to tap my card on the counter just to get their attention. I believe the manager was the one with red hair and glasses, but she never stepped in to help reduce the line. It felt like no one was concerned about the customers waiting, some of whom were on timed lunch breaks. My experience was far from pleasant, and I plan to share this feedback in a Google review as well. I'm not usually one to complain, but I spent nearly 20 minutes in line—absolutely unacceptable. This location really needs to focus on prioritizing their customers!

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and the portion sizes were generous. The restaurant itself was spotless. I visited on July 10, 2023, around 3 PM. Food rating: 5/5.
