After a long day on the road, it was nice to find a pub and enjoy a quick bite. The burger was good and the fries, although seemingly store bought came unsalted. We love that. Also thank you for conversing with us in English. Although, I can read some French..speaking it is not my strong suit.

We ordered a Club sandwich and a chicken Caesar and beer. The beer was good, the service was very good and the fries were ok. The chicken in the salad was reconstituted, not real. Dressing was too much and flavourless. Sandwich wasn't really toasted and generally mediocre. It was too much money for yucky food. Even for half the price, I wouldn't eat it again.

Visited for dinner. Our server was bilingual and was able to help us out given our limited French language skills. We sat on the covered terrace as the temperature dropped around sundown. Our server gave us great tips on what to order and portion sizes. We ordered a delux pizza and had a beer and a glass of wine. The food was filling and pretty good (not great, but also not average). Nice ambiance.

We must have missed something as our meals were quite ordinary... The place was packed with local folks having a great (loud) time. We opted for the terrasse where we could hear ourselves speak and had wonderful friendly service. As for the food itself, sadly, nothing of note to write about.
