Starbucks - Byron Center

Always so friendly here but they are ALWAYS out of stuff and it just happens to be what I’m wanting to order. Other than that, great spot. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The only reason this is not a one star review is because somehow my order is always correct. This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I’ve ever been. Every time I order from there I experience the lack of customer service from their employees. You walk in, they do not acknowledge you (not once have I been greeted). The drive-thru pick up is no better. Management needs to get a handle on the employees there. People do not appreciate spending their money on poor service.

The rudest Starbucks location I have ever been too. Did an online order and walked over. They had the lobby closed and refused to acknowledge me. Walked through the drive though and they refused to give me my drinks that had been paid for. I asked to step in the lobby and the cashier started shouting at me. Unfortunately this location is only busy because of the Tanger mall being in close proximity but I would avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

The service was terrible, waited 35 minutes for a mobile order. My drink was not great and was not worth the wait
