Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Byrdstown

I have my order in drive thru. it was fast. my food was hot and it was good.

Byrdstown, TN location. Let me start by saying, dining room is closed.There are plenty of parking areas around the location.We ordered and received food fairly quick.Ordered chili cheese dog and toffee fudge blizzard.Food tasted good.Overall a positive experience from another DQ location!

Just stopped at Byrdstown DQ for breakfast. Got to the worksite and no hashbrowns? At over $10 for 2 breakfasts, I definitely got charged for them but no receipt.Also, the napkins were a wadded mess just thrown in the bag? Where in the hell is customer service these days?Went through some of the other comments and responses about this particular DQ. Notice the cookie cutter responses from the AI bot with absolutely no customer service. Back when I worked fast food we'd actually listen to the customer and offer a solution to their issue (like a refund or free meal). This is what happens when a country goes big business. Support your local small business and run these cookie cutter AI run businesses out of town.

I drove through the drive thru about 4:55 pm. I asked out of respect if it was still happy hour? They said no. I said isn't happy hour from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Oh yeah it's still happy hour. I ordered a large strawberry shake. I told them to mix it up good please. Well they gave me a shake that had whole strawberries still in it. I couldn't even drink it for the strawberries getting stuck in the straw.
