I ordered an $18 burrito that was made incorrectly, with vegan options at an extra cost. When I called to notify them, their response was that they could note my name for my next visit to ensure my order would be made correctly, but they didn't offer to replace the incorrectly made burrito unless I wanted to drive 15 minutes each way right now (it was 8:15 PM) to get a replacement. That's not satisfactory, guys. If you’re going to offer vegan options, please take better care of your customers; otherwise, we won’t be returning.
I recently tried Zambrero's for the first time, and I was really impressed, especially since they had $7 burrito bowls on special. I placed a large order for my wife's coworkers, and everything was made perfectly. The staff member who served me was attentive and made sure my bowl was a generous portion. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with friendly staff!
I usually love zamberos , however the Byford store always disappoints. Ordered on the app to save time. When I arrived to pick up my order there was no other customers in the store and she hadn’t even started my order. I get the gluten free wrap for my burritos, however at the Byford store they never leave it toasting long enough, leaving the wrap to crumble and fall apart instead of being soft and stretchy. This is only ever an issue for me at the Byford store and everywhere else they seem to leave it in long enough. She didn’t add the extra sauce I paid for either and wrapped it with minimal effort, bearly even closed the ends and then said “you might need a few napkins”. Excuse me ? How about just role it properly ?? Ended up having to eat my burrito with a fork as it went everywhere. Not good enough !!
We purchased 2 bowls, with 3 additional serves of ‘meat’ between them. The order arrived missing the 3 additional serves of barbacoa beef, pulled pork and the spiced cauliflower that were ordered at additional $5 per item, plus the ‘extra jalapeños’ at 70c were not there only 3 jalapeños on the top. We were missing $15.70 worth of food from our order and have phoned the store 8 times over a 40 min period, and now believe the phone was taken off the hook. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if it was just 1 error or even if I’d been able to get a hold of someone but this is several errors and no response. It’s just a poor effort.
