This is a great restaurant! I ordered the steak and shrimp salad and an horchata. The steak was perfectly seasoned and the shrimp was tender. Both has nice grill marks and just enough char. The horchata was not too sweet and had plenty of cinnamon flavor. The salad greens were fresh and perky with tomato, carrot, peppers, and avocados. Squeeze a lime over it for extra flavor that’s all you need.10/10 would come back

Super friendly owner serves up generous portions of perfectly judged, beautifully presented dishes with a huge flavor profile. We've ordered there several times and every dish was an absolute winner. Don't miss the superb chili verde for dinner or the crisp, mouth-watering breakfast chilaquiles. Eat here!

We honestly didn’t expect much after driving Hwy 5 and making do with fast food. But Mexican sounded good so we went there. We had the best guacamole I’ve ever had. Chunky and citrus, thick and creamy. The fish and the shrimp tacos were delicately seasoned with just enough heat to carry it off without overwhelming the seafood. The price is reasonable, we would have expected to pay more for the quality of the food. Actually we are looking forward to our next visit to Buttonwillow, and when we return, for sure, we will eat there again.
