We've been dealing with sausages a few times.In the shortest time, the sausage becomes sticky and muffled.Eiersalat is also always a 50/50 thing. Once super tasty, next time spoiled and inedible.On all packs there is also no indication of when the meat salad/worst salad or whatever it has been filled in, or how long the product is stable.: We don't buy sausages and meat products anymore!!!

One of the best butchers in the region. Top quality, absolute highlight is the meat cheese and the Wienerle. Go on!

Super butchery!Riesen selection of sausage and meat, fresh goods and totally delicious.Uncomplicated and quality very good. The filets and the grillware are of course a house number for themselves. Next so :)And if you are not sure, the friendly staff will help you immediately and give good tips and suggestions.

Here I get everything I want from the butcher of my trust: delicious sausage and fresh meat from my own production. I find that the animals are all from the region and are consistently respected for animal welfare at Schmid. Great there's something else.

Clearly, the Kilo pork fillet was not cheap for 24,90€, but the quality was very neat. I can recommend all sausages, sausages, meat and egg salads.Extrem friendly staff puts off and on top of it for free. Our goods were always fresh, very tasty and excellently seasoned.For me an absolute recommendation this regional butchery.
