Online orders are to be treated as the next person in line when they come in. Yet this subway made us wait an hour past when our food was supposed to be ready because the kept taking in store orders. And our food was prepaid so we couldn't leave. And even worse she said the food was ready on the app so she wouldn't get in trouble but it wasn't even started. Service: Take out
